Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you.
  • Orders will only be shipped to valid residential or business addresses. If potential fraud is detected, shipment may be delayed until the order is verified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Shipping

  • Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only (48 states)
  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • $6.99 flat-rate Ground shipping for orders up to $75

Shipping thresholds are calculated before tax and after discounts.
