Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

  • To initiate a return, please contact LumenSoulLLC@gmail.com
  • Free returns with no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be approved by customer support before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item is received.
  • The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that:

  • Are not in their original condition
  • Are damaged
  • Are missing parts not caused by our error

Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged only if defective or damaged.

If approved, further instructions will be provided.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, returns may be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
The recipient must create a customer account to receive the credit.
